Why there're two versions of the user manual?

We made a little upgrade of the T2 Pro wireless earbuds in November 2019, and changed the master-slave mode and made both left and right earbud masters. It will automatically enter mono mode when you pick up either earbud from the charging case and will enter stereo mode when you pick up both. So the operation is changed a little bit.

Which user manual should I download?

Firstly, please find the date code, a-four-digit number lie on the bottom of the charging case, eg: 1908 - means manufactured in August 2019. If the date code on the product is before October 2019 (201910), please download the older version. If the date code on the product is after that, please download the new version.

How can I clean the earbuds?

  1. Clean the contact pins using a clean cloth or cotton swab dipped in alcohol-based disinfectants. For precise cleaning, put the cloth on the end of a toothpick.
  2. Pull off the eartips and clean the mesh filter gently with a dry cotton swab.
  3. Do not use sharp objects or abrasive materials to clean T2 Pro.
  4. Do not let water get inside T2 Pro and if you used a watered swab to clean the mesh, let them air dry after cleaning.

How to reset the T2 Pro earbuds?

  1. Please clear the T2-R and T2-L from the Bluetooth list of your smartphones.
  2. Turn off both the left and right earbuds by long press 5 seconds;
  3. Press and hold the power keys up to 15 seconds until you hear the voice prompt of “RESET” from both earbuds.
  4. Put both earbuds into the charging case, after a few mins, please take the right earbud and left out from the charging case.
  5. Put the right earbud and the left earbud very close when you take both earbuds out from the charging case.
  6. Turn on the Bluetooth of your smartphones, then select the "T2-R" to pair with your smartphone, it would be RESET successfully. (If there are shows T2-R and T2-L, please repeat the step 4 and 5 again and search again.)

How long does it take to fully charge the earbuds?

Around 1 hour.

How many times can the charging case recharge the earbuds?

It can give 7 full recharges to the earbuds if the case itself is fully recharged.

Does the case support wireless charging?

No, it doesn’t.

How long can I play with the earbuds after a full charge?

They support up to 8 hours of continuous playtime on a single charge.

What should I do if the earbuds don’t recharge in the charging case?

  1. Confirm the charging case has power left (there are four lights indicates the battery level of the case).
  2. Ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and the charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. Then put earbuds correctly into the case.
  3. Connect the case with the included Micro USB cable and plug it into a USB power source.

Why the earbuds don't turn on when I take them out of the charging case?

  1. Long press the power button of the T2 Pro to see if you can power them on manually.
  2. If not, recharge both the charging case and the earbuds and try again.
  3. If still doesn’t work after recharging, please reset the earbuds. See "How to reset the T2 Pro earbuds?".

What should I do if the earbuds still playing when I put them back into the charging case?

When the charging case is at low power or out of power, the earbuds will not power off automatically when you return them to the charging case. Please long press the touch control button to power them off manually, and recharge the charging case.

What audio codecs does T2 Pro support?

SBC and AAC.

Does T2 Pro support transparency mode?

No, it doesn't.

What should I do if there is no sound while connecting to a computer?

  1. Delete the pairing record and reconnect T2 Pro again.
  2. You may need to select the T2 Pro as the default playback and output device. This can be found in your computer's audio settings.
  3. Update your computer's Bluetooth driver or buy a Bluetooth adapter that is compatible with your computer.

What should I do if only one earbud has sound?

  1. Put the earbuds into the charging case, pick them up and reconnect.
  2. If that doesn't work, see "How to reset the T2 Pro earbuds?".

What should I do if the sound is inconsistent on right and left earbud?

  1. Please clean the eartips and the mesh filter on the earbuds gently with a dry cotton swab or cloth.
  2. Reset the earbuds. See "How to reset the T2 Pro earbuds?"

Can T2 Pro be paired with multiple devices at the same time?

No, T2 Pro doesn’t support multipoint connection. If you want to connect T2 Pro to a second device, please disconnect T2 Pro from the first device.

What should I do if the earbuds don't pair with my device?

  1. Delete the pairing record on your device, turn off the Bluetooth and turn it on again to pair it with your earbuds again.
  2. If the earbuds are not pairing, please try to reset your earbuds. See "How to reset the T2 Pro earbuds?"

What should I do if T2 Pro disconnects?

  1. Delete the pairing record on your device, turn off the Bluetooth and turn it on again to pair it with your earbuds again.

What should I do if only one earbud works?

  1. Delete the pairing record on your device, turn off the Bluetooth and turn it on again to pair it with your earbuds again.

What should I do if the earbuds do not reconnect to the last paired device automatically?

  1. Forget the pairing record on your device and reconnect again.

What should I do if the earbuds can’t connect to my laptop or PC?

Please try below tips

  1. Make sure your laptop or PC supports Bluetooth connection, if not, plug in a Bluetooth transmitter.
  2. If you have a wireless/Bluetooth mouse connected with your laptop or PC, disconnect it and try again. (We found some wireless/Bluetooth mouses creates interference that you can not get seamless connectivity from other Bluetooth devices.)

What should I do if the earbuds can’t switch back to stereo mode?

Please try the below tips:

  1. Forget the earbuds from your device and pair it again.
  2. If that can’t fix the problem, please reset the earbuds. See “How to reset the T2 Pro earbuds?“

A great quality product at an incredible price I have a Bose last year, and I lost them last month, so I have to find another one to replace it. But I don't want to break my bank again and there are so many cheaper wireless earbuds. I do lots of research and all this item all review shows amazing sound quality. I decided to try these. When these arrived, I was AMAZED! FIT: This is my first time to use wireless earbuds, I have a small ear and I am not sure whether it will fit my ears well. There are also 5 extra sets of tips included of various sizes. At first, I can't fits it very well, then I read their manual and changed the ear tips, then, it fits very well. Read the user manual before you use it. After two weeks of daily use they have stayed snug, never fall out even I running. Sound: As I've only used over the Boss wired headphones, I can only compare to those. In my opinion, It much good as my previous Boss headphones. These earbuds have a very nice sound, deep bass, and sound clear with no muffling and no static. Awesome sound quality and serious bass! That's much over my expectation. BATTERY LIFE: It advertised that this earbud can use up to 8hrs once charge, I try to test, I wear it with all day work, listening and took several calls during that time and they still had battery life. I have used these for several days and haven't had to charge the case yet. That's impressive. I also love their lovely case, small but long battery life. It seems that there is a multifunction about volume control, skip songs and single mode, but I haven't used that for now. I will keep updating my review after test that. OVERALL: These are quality earbuds that amazing sound, long battery life, are easy to set up, and are only 1/3 the price of others of equal quality and functionality. I'm VERY IMPRESSED AND SATISFIED!

If it fits well for you, they're a pretty great pair Let me keep this short: Overall, for the price, I'm super impressed with what you get. The sound quality (albeit very bass heavy) was actually very surprisingly good, the battery life is strong, and the charge case works well. Sadly for me, they didn't stay in while running. If you're primarily using these in an office or non-super active gym environment (like lifting) I think these could be great. For running, I just wasn't able to get a locking fit. Sadly the 'true wireless' was a negative here for me, because it caused stress and fear about them falling out and hitting the ground. That said, if the fit was right, I'd seriously consider these as a top contender. Audio quality is great, albeit bass heavy. Battery life is strong, the wireless is great, and they're discreet. If they stayed locked in while running, these would be rock stars.

really good, sound quality is amazing and the bass is great! definitely the best $50 I've spent on headphones (and probably anything else). however, I wish they were touch control instead of having buttons. and they took 21 days to arrive but it was worth the wait.

Love this item. Not that loud, but wonderful quality and good bass. Had dropped into about 8 inches of water and it was about 30 seconds before I could find it. Thought it would have shorted it out, so when I found it I popped it right in my ear without even drying it and was surprised it was still playing music. Would recommend this product to anyone and have to some of my friends and co-workers. I would definitely buy this product again.
