How can I adjust the volume of M10 earbuds?

  1. Power up the earbuds.
  2. Press the power button on the right earbud twice to turn the volume up, and press the power button on the left earbud twice to turn the volume down.

Does M10 support active noise cancellation?

No.

How can I clean the earbuds?

  1. Clean the contact pins using a clean cloth or cotton swab dipped in alcohol-based disinfectants. For precise cleaning, put the cloth on the end of a toothpick.
  2. Pull off the eartips and clean the metal mesh with a dry cotton swab. Remove any debris from the metal mesh with a clean, dry, soft-bristled brush.
  3. Do not use sharp objects or abrasive materials to clean M10.
  4. Do not let water get inside M10 and if you used a watered swab to clean the mesh, let them air dry after cleaning.

How can I switch between normal mode and bass boost mode?

Press the power button on either right or left earbud for five times.

How long does it take to fully charge the earbuds?

Around 1 hour.

How long does it take to fully charge the charging case?

Around 1.5 hours.

How many times can the charging case recharge the earbuds?

It can give 7 full recharges to the earbuds if the case itself is fully recharged.

Does the case support wireless charging?

Yes, you can charge the case either via a wireless charging pad or USB-C cable.

How long can I play with the earbuds after a full charge?

They support up to 10 hours of continuous playtime on a single charge.

What should I do if the earbuds don’t recharge in the charging case?

  1. Confirm the charging case has power left (there are four lights indicates the battery level of the case).
  2. Ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and the charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. Then put earbuds correctly into the case.
  3. Connect the case with the included USB-C cable and plug it into a USB power source.

Why the earbuds don't turn on when I take them out of the charging case?

  1. Long press the power button of the M10 for 3 seconds to see if you can power them on manually.
  2. If not, recharge both the charging case and the earbuds and try again.
  3. If still doesn’t work after recharging, please reset the earbuds. See "How to reset the M10 earbuds?".

What should I do if the earbuds still playing when I put them back into the charging case?

When the charging case is at low power or out of power, the earbuds will not power off automatically when you return them to the charging case. Please long press the touch control button for 5 seconds to power them off manually, and recharge the charging case.

What audio codecs does M10 support?

SBC, AAC, and aptX.

Does M10 support transparency mode?

No, it doesn't.

What should I do if there is no sound while connecting to a computer?

  1. Delete the pairing record and reconnect M10 again.
  2. You may need to select the M10 as the default playback and output device. This can be found in your computer's audio settings.
  3. Update your computer's Bluetooth driver or buy a Bluetooth adapter that is compatible with your computer.

What should I do if only one earbud has sound?

  1. Put the earbuds into the charging case, and then pick up again to connect.

What should I do if the sound is inconsistent on right and left earbud?

  1. Please clean the eartips and the mesh filter on the earbuds gently with a dry cotton swab or cloth.

Can M10 be paired with multiple devices at the same time?

No, M10 doesn’t support multipoint connection. If you want to connect M10 to a second device, please disconnect M10 from the first device.

  1. Return the M10 earbuds to the charging case.
  2. When you see the white indicator light on, long press both earbuds for 10 seconds until you see the blue light blinks.
  3. Pick up the earbuds and reconnect it to your device.

Not the Best still good

It's like when you come across a ad that makes you look twice? because something has caught your eyes. That's what these ear buds did to me. So I spent a few minutes looking at them and thought they looked like some good ear bud, so then next I looked at the price and was surprised with the low cost. So ok next I ordered them, got them, charged them then put them one and listen for what I expected to sound great I was disappointed that the sound didn't match up to how they made them look but they're still good sound for someone looking for a good price. And it's like one of those things that you need to remember when it comes to sound, you get for what you paid for.

I have been using these earphones for 3 months now. Mainly for when I run or am out walking. They have been incredible. Good sound quality, the most comfortable earphones I’ve ever had as I’ve always struggled to find some that don’t either fall out or hurt my ears. Recently one of the earbuds stopped working, so I contacted Tranya customer service. They have sent me another pair with great customer service. Highly rate the company and the earbuds.

Great Sound, Not So Great Mic

I really enjoy the sound; when I'm listening to music, it genuinely is a great experience. I love the extra boost of bass, especially when I work out or I am trying to focus on a task. I can really shut out the rest of the world when I wear these earbuds, even when it's at a low volume. It's a comfortable experience since the earbuds fit into my ear well. Usually, I have an issue with earbuds hurting a little bit or just being a little uncomfortable, especially during the first few days, but these earbuds have not given me that problem so far. However, I do have to deduct a star for the microphones. I expected the microphones to be more clear, especially because the product was advertised to have a quad-microphone set-up, but when I tested it out with my friends, they said my microphone quality, unfortunately, downgraded from my previous set of earbuds (not Tranya brand). I actually had to confirm that they sent the right product because my expectations for the mic were higher. I bought these earbuds because I was hoping to use them for calls, but it might be my second resort versus my first choice. The microphone quality is not the worst, but if your priority is a crisp clear microphone for calls, then I would suggest looking for other products. I would love some suggestions for this as well. If your priority is listening to music, then I have no complaints about the sound. It's wonderful if you want to work out, especially because the product is advertised to be waterproof, which is certainly an upgrade from my last pair of earbuds (not Tranya brand). Overall, I really enjoy the listening experience, and I will continue to use them, just maybe not for calls.

The quality sound is aaaamazing for sure, omg! But... I really was hoping for some more dB. I can hear the cars and sometimes my stepfoots. I wanted something to make me forget what is around me. The wireless charger is amazing either! Works perfectly with smartphones even with case. That's it's not a low volume, but for me, I need more.
