How can I adjust the volume of T40 earbuds?

  1. Power up the earbuds.
  2. Press the power button on the right earbud one time to turn the volume up, and press the power button on the left earbud one time to turn the volume down.

Does T40 support active noise cancellation?

No.

What's the IP rating of T40?

T10 meets the IP5 rating, which protects it from water and sweat. If you suddenly drop it into the water, it will survive, as long as the water isn’t deeper than 1 meter, and if you take it out in less than 30 minutes. Please let it air dry if you dropped it into water.

How can I clean the earbuds?

  1. Clean the contact pins using a clean cloth or cotton swab dipped in alcohol-based disinfectants. For precise cleaning, put the cloth on the end of a toothpick.
  2. Pull off the eartips and clean the metal mesh with a dry cotton swab. Remove any debris from the metal mesh with a clean, dry, soft-bristled brush.
  3. Do not use sharp objects or abrasive materials to clean T40.
  4. Do not let water get inside T40 and if you used a watered swab to clean the mesh, let them air dry after cleaning.

How can I switch between normal mode and bass boost mode?

Press the power button on either right or left earbud for five times.

How long does it take to fully charge the earbuds?

Around 1 hour.

How long does it take to fully charge the charging case?

Around 1.5 hours.

How many times can the charging case recharge the earbuds?

It can give 5 full recharges to the earbuds if the case itself is fully recharged.

What should I do if the earbuds don’t recharge in the charging case?

  1. Confirm the charging case has power left (there are four lights indicates the battery level of the case).
  2. Ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and the charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. Then put earbuds correctly into the case.
  3. Connect the case with the included Type-C cable and plug it into a Type power source.

Why the earbuds don't turn on when I take them out of the charging case?

  1. Long press the touch control button of the T40 for 3 seconds to see if you can power them on manually.
  2. If not, recharge both the charging case and the earbuds and try again.
  3. If still doesn’t work after recharging, see "How to reset the T40 earbuds?".

What should I do if the earbuds still playing when I put them back into the charging case?

The earbuds would not power off automatically when the case is at low battery or out of power. Please recharge the case. And you can long press for four seconds to power on and long press for four seconds to power off the earbuds.

What should I do if there is no sound while connecting to a computer?

  1. Delete the pairing record and reconnect T40 again.
  2. You may need to select the T40 as the default playback and output device. This can be found in your computer's audio settings.
  3. Update your computer's Bluetooth driver or buy a Bluetooth adapter that is compatible with your computer.

What should I do if only one earbud has sound?

  1. Put the earbuds into the charging case, pick them up and reconnect.

  1. Pick up both earbuds and turn them off
  2. Press and hold BOTH earbuds up to 6-8s until the red lights blink.
  3. The earbuds will sync together and enter the pairing mode automatically

Can T40 be paired with multiple devices at the same time?

No, T40 doesn’t support multipoint connection. If you want to connect T40 to a second device, please disconnect T40 from the first device.
