Operation

Please search "SonicMax" on Apple Store or Google Store.

There are usually lots of underground cable lines along the places mentioned above, which might cause electromagnetic interference and result in the signal interruption.

The earbuds would not power off automatically when the case is at low battery or out of power. Please recharge the case. And you can long press for four seconds to power on and long press for four seconds to power off the earbuds.

1. Clean the contact pins using a clean cloth or cotton swab dipped in alcohol-based disinfectants. For precise cleaning, put the cloth on the end of a toothpick.

2. Pull off the eartips and clean the metal mesh with a dry cotton swab. Remove any debris from the metal mesh with a clean, dry, soft-bristled brush.

3. Do not use sharp objects or abrasive materials to clean T6.

4. Do not let water get inside T6 and if you used a watered swab to clean the mesh, let them air dry after cleaning.

Tap the left/right earbud for five times.

Please turn on game mode on “SonicMax” APP.

Charging

Please try to follow the below steps:

1. Clean the charging slot on charging case.

2. Clean the charging connector on earbuds.

About 1 hour.

About 1 hour.

It can give 4-5 full recharges to the earbuds if the case itself is fully recharged.

They support up to 9 hours of continuous playtime on a single charge.

1. Please long press the earbuds and hold for 4 seconds to see if you can power them on manually.

2. If not, recharge both the charging case and the earbuds and try again.

3. If still doesn’t work after recharging, see "How to reset the T6 earbuds?".

When the charging case is at low power or out of power, the earbuds will not power off automatically when you return them to the charging case. Please long press the touch control button for 4 seconds to power them off manually, and recharge the charging case.

Sound

1. Delete the pairing record and reconnect T6 again.

2. You may need to select the T6 as the default playback and output device. This can be found in your computer's audio settings.

3. Update your computer's Bluetooth driver or buy a Bluetooth adapter that is compatible with your computer.

1. Put the earbuds into the charging case, pick them up and reconnect.

1. Please clean the eartips and the mesh filter on the earbuds gently with a dry cotton swab or cloth.

Bluetooth

1. Delete the pairing record on your device, turn off the Bluetooth.

2. Put both earbuds back to the charging case.

3. Press and hold BOTH earbuds up to 6-8s until the lights blink;

4. Reconnect the earbuds,then they will sync together and enter the pairing mode automatically.

Perhaps. When your Bluetooth mouse and earbuds are connected to the same device, it might happen.

1. Turn on the Bluetooth of device 1, then find "T6" on device 1 and connect to it.

2. If you want to pair with two devices simultaneously, please turn off the Bluetooth of device 1 first, then turn on the Bluetooth of device 2; find "T6" on device 2 and connect to it.

3. Finally, turn on the Bluetooth of device 1 and device 2, the T6 will stay connecting to your both devices.
