How can I adjust the volume of T10 earbuds?

  1. Power up the earbuds.
  2. Double-tap the right earbud to turn the volume up, or double-tap the left earbud to turn the volume down.

Does T10 support active noise cancellation?

No.

What's the IP rating of T10?

T10 meets the IPX7 rating, which protects it from water and sweat. If you suddenly drop it into the water, it will survive, as long as the water isn’t deeper than 1 meter, and if you take it out in less than 30 minutes. Please let it air dry if you dropped it into water.

How can I clean the earbuds?

  1. Clean the contact pins using a clean cloth or cotton swab dipped in alcohol-based disinfectants. For precise cleaning, put the cloth on the end of a toothpick.
  2. Pull off the eartips and clean the metal mesh with a dry cotton swab. Remove any debris from the metal mesh with a clean, dry, soft-bristled brush.
  3. Do not use sharp objects or abrasive materials to clean T10.
  4. Do not let water get inside T10 and if you used a watered swab to clean the mesh, let them air dry after cleaning.

How can I switch between sync and mono mode?

At the pairing stage, please wait for the popup request of pairing the T10-R and T10-L, and if both T10-R and T10-L are connected to your device, you can put any earbud back to the charging case to use mono mode.

How can I switch between normal mode and bass boost mode?

Press the power button on either right or left earbud for five times.

How long does it take to fully charge the earbuds?

Around 1 hour.

How long does it take to fully charge the charging case?

Around 1 hour.

How many times can the charging case recharge the earbuds?

It can give 3 full recharges to the earbuds if the case itself is fully recharged.

How long can I play with the earbuds after a full charge?

They support up to 8 hours of continuous playtime on a single charge.

What should I do if the earbuds don’t recharge in the charging case?

  1. Confirm the charging case has power left (there are four lights indicates the battery level of the case).
  2. Ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and the charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. Then put earbuds correctly into the case.
  3. Connect the case with the included USB-C cable and plug it into a USB power source.

Why the earbuds don't turn on when I take them out of the charging case?

  1. Long press the touch control button of the T10 for 3 seconds to see if you can power them on manually.
  2. If not, recharge both the charging case and the earbuds and try again.
  3. If still doesn’t work after recharging, see "How to reset the T10 earbuds?".

What should I do if the earbuds still playing when I put them back into the charging case?

When the charging case is at low power or out of power, the earbuds will not power off automatically when you return them to the charging case. Please long press the touch control button for 4 seconds to power them off manually, and recharge the charging case.

Does T10 support transparency mode?

No, it doesn't.

What should I do if there is no sound while connecting to a computer?

  1. Delete the pairing record and reconnect T10 again.
  2. You may need to select the T10 as the default playback and output device. This can be found in your computer's audio settings.
  3. Update your computer's Bluetooth driver or buy a Bluetooth adapter that is compatible with your computer.

What should I do if only one earbud has sound?

  1. Put the earbuds into the charging case, pick them up and reconnect.
  2. If that doesn't work, see "How to reset the T10 earbuds?".

What should I do if the sound is inconsistent on right and left earbud?

  1. Please clean the eartips and the mesh filter on the earbuds gently with a dry cotton swab or cloth.
  2. Reset the earbuds. See "How to reset the T10 earbuds?"

Can T10 be paired with multiple devices at the same time?

No, T10 doesn’t support multipoint connection. If you want to connect T10 to a second device, please disconnect T10 from the first device.

How to reset the T10 earbuds?

  1. Return the T10 earbuds to the charging case.
  2. When you see the white indicator light on, long press both earbuds for 10 seconds until you see the blue light blinks.
  3. Pick up the earbuds and reconnect it to your device.

What should I do if the earbuds don't pair with my device?

  1. When you connect the earbuds to a mobile device for the first time, there is a pop-up request window for you to confirm pairing. Please select “pair” or “ok”. If you select “cancel” accidentally, you can still use the earbuds in sync mode and use the primary earbud in mono mode, but you will not be able to use the secondary earbud in mono mode. If you still want to use both sides in mono mode, you need to delete the Bluetooth record in your device and reconnect the earbuds.
  2. Delete the pairing record on your device, turn off the Bluetooth and turn it on again to pair it with your earbuds again.
  3. If the earbuds are not pairing, please try to reset your earbuds. See "How to reset the T10 earbuds?"

What should I do if only one earbud works?

Why there’re two pair names “T10-R” and “T10-L”?

The earbuds support sync/mono mode switch, both of them can be paired to your phone as a master device. When you only connect T10-R, the right earbud is the master, and the left earbud is the master when you only connect T10-L.

If only one side connected on the Bluetooth list, you can use sync mode or use that side in mono mode. If you also want to use both sides in mono mode, make sure you select “pair” or “ok” at the pop-up window the first time you pair the earbuds to your device.

What should I do if the earbuds do not reconnect to the last paired device automatically?

Please try the below tips and see if they help:

  1. Forget the pairing record on your device and reconnect again.

Tranya T10's. Simply the best. Ever.

I have tried an absolute multitude of wireless earbuds/headphones. This includes Apple Airport, Samsung Galaxy Buds Live, Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro, JBL Club Pro+, Tranya B530 Pro, Anker Soundcore Liberty Neo, Anker Soundcore Life P2, and a multitude of other lesser branded wireless earbuds. These are (without even a hint of a doubt) the absolute best wireless earbuds/headphones I have ever been blessed to have tried. They are also the only set I have kept! When I received them (via Tranya on Amazon), I immediately liked the packaging, and indeed the case itself. I had read some other reviews about the quality of the bass drivers in these earbuds. So, I put them on a 12-hour of pink noise video from YouTube. This is definitely the best way to prepare your earbuds for use in the start. (FYI, I did the same with all the others too!) They connected immediately (and simply) to my phone upon removing them from the case. No faffing around! The sound coming from them is balanced, erring ever so slightly towards the bass, although not in a way that makes your music (and I listen to everything from classical, to dance, to rap, and even heavy metal....so my tastes are extremely eclectic) sound unbalanced. These are FAAAR superior to any of the other types I have tried. They charge with USB-c, and are Bluetooth 5.0....they have an IPX7 dust and waterproof rating. But honestly, I'm astounded by how good these are. After sweating fairly incessantly doing well over 30 mins of exercise, they have never missed a beat. So I started taking them swimming. An hour in the pool?? Still working. Perfectly. 15 minutes in the sea?? Yup, you guessed it....Still working beautifully. Tranya have underestimated how long the batteries in the headphones last for too. I EASILY get 6 hours out of mine, and the case recharges them so much quicker than other "better/more recognisable" brands. With the case, there's easily 48 hours of recharging capacity, and they recharge to last another hour in about 10 minutes. I honestly cannot rate any other earbuds as highly as my Tranya T10's. They are just superior in every single way. They balance well in your ears, and feel extremely comfortable. They don't fall out when you run, row, swim, or sleep. They have a multitude of options by tapping on either headphone. I've never had a complaint from anyone I've been on a call to. Even when in the pool. I cannot rate these wireless earbuds highly enough. Especially at a price point of a quarter of some of the others I mentioned above!! Tranya really knocked the ball out of the park with these. Well done Tranya, thankyou! I look forward to trying your future products! Give them a try. They're awesome. Likely to be the last (and best) set of earbuds you'll EVER purchase. TL:DR....balanced, awesome, way better than description from Tranya themselves. At this price? Just buy them, you won't regret it!

Need Help to Activate Boost Bass Mode

So, I tried to enable the boost bass mode. I'm already using only one of the earbuds (mono mode) but, when connected to iphone, the 5 taps on power button activate Siri instead of activating the boost bass mode. Can someone please help me?
