How can I adjust the volume of the B530 Pro earbuds?

  1. Power up the earbuds.
  2. Double-tap the right earbud to turn the volume up, and double-tap the left earbud to turn the volume down.

Does B530 Pro support active noise cancellation?

No.

How can I clean the earbuds?

  1. Clean the contact pins using a clean cloth or cotton swab dipped in alcohol-based disinfectants. For precise cleaning, put the cloth on the end of a toothpick.
  2. Pull off the eartips and clean the mesh filter gently with a dry cotton swab.
  3. Do not use sharp objects or abrasive materials to clean B530 Pro.
  4. Do not let water get inside B530 Pro and if you used a watered swab to clean the mesh, let them air dry after cleaning.

How to reset the B530 Pro earbuds?

  1. Return both earbuds back into the charging case.
  2. Remove "B530 Pro-L” and "B530 Pro-R” from the Bluetooth list on your device.
  3. Long press both earbuds for at least 5 seconds until you see the indicator light blinks white.
  4. Pick up both earbuds and try reconnecting.

How can I switch between sync and mono mode?

  • When you connect the earbuds to a mobile device for the first time, there is a pop-up request window for you to confirm pairing. Please select “pair” or “ok”.
  • If you select “cancel” accidentally, you can still use the earbuds in sync mode and use the primary earbud in mono mode, but you will not be able to use the secondary earbud in mono mode.
  • If you still want to use both sides in mono mode, you need to delete the Bluetooth record in your device and reconnect the earbuds.

How long does it take to fully charge the earbuds?

Around 1 hour.

How long does it take to fully charge the charging case?

Around 1.5 hours.

How many times can the charging case recharge the earbuds?

It can give 7 full recharges to the earbuds if the case itself is fully recharged.

Does the case support wireless charging?

No, it doens't.

How long can I play with the earbuds after a full charge?

They support up to 10 hours of continuous playtime on a single charge.

What should I do if the earbuds don’t recharge in the charging case?

  1. Confirm the charging case has power left (there are four lights indicates the battery level of the case).
  2. Ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and the charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. Then put earbuds correctly into the case.
  3. Connect the case with the included micro USB cable and plug it into a USB power source.

Why the earbuds don't turn on when I take them out of the charging case?

  1. Long press the power button of the B530 Pro to see if you can power them on manually.
  2. If not, recharge both the charging case and the earbuds and try again.
  3. If still doesn’t work after recharging, please reset the earbuds. See "How to reset the B530 Pro earbuds?".

What should I do if the earbuds still playing when I put them back into the charging case?

When the charging case is at low power or out of power, the earbuds will not power off automatically when you return them to the charging case. Please long press the touch control button to power them off manually, and recharge the charging case.

What audio codecs does B530 Pro support?

SBC, AAC, and aptX

Does B530 Pro support transparency mode?

No, it doesn't.

What should I do if there is no sound while connecting to a computer?

  1. Delete the pairing record and reconnect B530 Pro again.
  2. You may need to select the B530 Pro as the default playback and output device. This can be found in your computer's audio settings.
  3. Update your computer's Bluetooth driver or buy a Bluetooth adapter that is compatible with your computer.

What should I do if only one earbud has sound?

  1. Put the earbuds back to the charging case, and then pick them up again.
  2. If that doesn't work, see "How to reset the B530 Pro earbuds?".

What should I do if the sound is inconsistent on right and left earbud?

  1. Please clean the eartips and the mesh filter on the earbuds gently with a dry cotton swab or cloth.

No, B530 Pro doesn’t support multipoint connection. If you want to connect B530 Pro to a second device, please disconnect B530 Pro from the first device.

Купил, в подарок, с рождественской скидкой, трое наушников, М10-2 шт. и В530Про. Проверил, пока, В530Про. Общее впечатление, от соотношения цена-качество, 7-8 по 5-бальной шкале))) Звук, громкость, басы - это на высоте!! По этим параметрам полный восторг! Вопросы вызывает режим активного шумоподавления, как-то не очень... Очень достойные наушники, для российского рынка, при условии 40-50 процентной скидки, иначе есть много конкурентов, явно не хуже. Хочу опробовать М10! Спасибо за работу!
